How to access the Customer Portal

Logging in is simple and secure. You’ll just need the main policyholders:

Surname
Postcode
Date of birth

We’ll send a one-time security code to the mobile number linked to your policy. This code will allow you access to the portal. This code is different each time you log in, so there’s no password to remember.
