2023 STATEMENT ON MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFICKING

Trinity Claims is a diverse insurance third party administrator operating in the UK. The company is a leading provider of claims solutions for insurers, their managing general agents and their policyholders. The Trinity Claims team consists of 260 insurance professionals, who work in the UK.

The Company operates within a regulated environment across the UK and does not have any complex supply chains or obtain goods, services or material services from suppliers with a high risk of slavery or human trafficking. Based on its knowledge of its suppliers and the fact that it is operating in the strongly regulated area of insurance, the company believes that the risk to the company of modern slavery or human trafficking is low.
To ensure that the company is continuously adapting we have applied a structured approach to review existing suppliers and will adopt this approach for any new supplier which we contract with, subject to reviews at least on an annual basis. The company continues to embrace its commitment to a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
The Statement continues to affirm the company's commitment to compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and other applicable civil rights, human rights and employment and labour laws. Trinity Claims expects staff to behave ethically and transparently and to be accountable for their actions.

During the year, Trinity Claims policies, frameworks, and actions continued, with the aim to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply lines, and included:
Human Resources
- employment verification checks as part of the Company's hiring process;
- requiring agencies who supply workers to carry out employment verification checks, where relevant.
Operations
- supplier due diligence using detailed questionnaires including a supplier form and sanctions checking procedures;
- subjecting key business transactions to both onboarding and periodic regulatory screening;
- providing regular training for staff on sanctions restrictions, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and whistleblowing
- providing ongoing training and support for all staff on how and where they can raise concerns about wrongdoing and assurances that they will not suffer reprisals for doing so.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Company's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2023. This statement has been approved by the TrinityM Ltd board of directors, who will review and update it annually.
