We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator a to join our supply chain team.

As Supply Chain Administrator you will be Assisting in the management of the Supply Chain ensuring the network of suppliers are meeting their service level agreements (SLA’s), providing excellent Customer Service and delivering market leading cost control.

Key accountabilities:

  • Monitoring and liaising with suppliers for appointments and outstanding reports via phone or portal message
  • Chasing suppliers via telephone and in writing for invoices, start dates, completion dates and general claims related information
  • Action Team Administration Tasks in TCS including Supplier Portal Messages, updating claims accordingly
  • Action Supplier Report and escalate missed suppliers SLAs to Supply Chain Coordinators where required
  • Reviewing the position of claims and undertaking any actions necessary to move the claim on including payment of fees, update notes, amending reserves, instructing suppliers, next steps and closing claims where applicable
  • Allocating jobs to Xactware, reflecting claim status, closing or reassigning the Xactware record where required
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls with suppliers, contractors and surveyors to give accurate claim details and provide advice and information regarding the claims
  • Responding to updates or requests received via email, portal message, to give accurate claim details and provide advice and information regarding the claims
  • Review Contractor Invoices submitted for payment; ensuring all PC Sums validated and required documents and validations in place
  • Liaison with Regional Surveying Team for management of Large Loss / Complex Claims
  • To undertake any individual or team task or activity reasonably requested and in line with the company values.

Qualifications/ Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working in the insurance industry, or building contractor management.
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years. Experience of Xactware ideal but not essential.
  • Secondary education with qualifications in Maths and English, or demonstrable ability in numeracy skills & written English.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills, and PC literate Calm but assertive telephone manner when dealing with suppliers.
