We are looking for driven people who wants to build their career in an insurance industry and to join our fast growing company. Our First Response team in has an ambitious growth plans. No previous experience needed, as we will be giving all needed training to support you to be competent in your job.

As a Trainee First Response Technician you will be the first person going to our policyholders' homes and offering your service after the disastrous weather events. You will be carrying out restoration and drying projects (assessing the damage, cleaning and sanitising, setting the drying equipment, taking the appropriate readings, etc ) whilst ensuring that customer receive excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving licence with no more than 3 points or working towards driving licence
  • Basic computer knowledge, or ability to operate PCs and tablets
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy and uneven items, such as furniture.
  • Politeness and great customer service
